Kenneth W. Hagin’s array of responsibilities also includes International Director of Rhema Ministerial Association International. With his wife, Lynette, he co-hosts Rhema for Today, a weekday radio program broadcast throughout the United States, and Rhema Praise, a weekly television broadcast. They also conduct Living Faith Crusades, spreading the message of faith and healing around the world.

Rev. Lynette Hagin is an author, teacher, conference speaker and host. She serves as director of Rhema Bible Training College USA and general manager of Kenneth Hagin Ministries. She assists her husband, Kenneth W. Hagin, in pastoring Rhema Bible Church and conducting Living Faith Crusades around the world. She seeks to help people succeed in life by sharing a life-changing, powerful message: “You can make it!”

Walker and Haley Schurz are Directors of Rhema Bible Training Center Zambia and have ministered in Southern Africa since 1992.  They are both graduates of Oral Roberts University and Rhema Bible Training Center (USA). Pastors Walker and Haley had the privilege to be trained at Rhema by both Pastor Kenneth W. Hagin and his father Kenneth E. Hagin.  They have a long and rich heritage of service and leadership.

After ministering and living for ten years in South Africa, Walker and Haley have made their home in Lusaka, Zambia since 2004.  They also lead Miracle Life Family Church, a growing and vibrant international church of over 3,000.  They have a deep desire to see believers grow, develop and fulfill their God-given destiny.

In 1988, two young newlyweds left all that was familiar and answered God’s call to come to Africa. They were both graduates of RHEMA Bible Training Center USA, having the privilege of being trained by Pastor Kenneth W. Hagin and his father Kenneth E. Hagin. They made their home in Francistown, Botswana, where they started their family and their ministry. Their vision is best described as “Training Leaders and Planting Churches” – and that is exactly what they have done for the past 30+ years, and what they continue doing today. Reverends Matthew and Kristin Buckley pastor Light of the World Church, with branches in Botswana and Zambia. For 16 years, they directed Light of the World Bible Training Centre, which is now being reinstituted as RHEMA Bible Training Center Botswana. They are the Directors and instructors of RBTCB and they look forward to training you and many more generations of leaders in Africa.

Mr. Motswaiso is a graduate of Light of the World Bible Training Centre, has served faithfully in several leadership capacities at Light of the World Church and participates in their worship team. He is a high school educator and librarian. He holds a degree in Library sciences and is completing his masters in records management. Mr. Motswaiso has been passionate about formal Bible school training since day one! After graduating, he made it clear that he was willing to help in any capacity to help train leaders. When asked if he would consider assuming the lead position of Campus Coordinator, he responded with an enthusiastic, “Yes!” We asked him what prompted him to pursue his degree in records management – he said it was for his personal benefit, but realized it was far greater than for himself. We are so blessed to have someone with his experience, qualifications and heart to see RHEMA Botswana as a part of our administration team.

Patricia has been a part of Light of the World Church since 2014. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and served in Tanzania with her parents (for 8 years) in a large Christian school of 1000+ students before moving to Botswana. Her ability to think through processes, organize and at the same time, guide others toward excellence, has already been a source of great support in our Light of the World Church setting. We have watched her capacity to serve, lead and grow and we are already seeing her expertise benefit RHEMA Botswana. She’s a quiet powerhouse!

Melissa (Mel) joined Light of the World in 2012 as a missionary intern. At the beginning of her internship, she asked, “Is it too early to ask if I can stay with LOTW longer than my one-year internship?” Of course, we said, “Yes!” Prior to working with LOTW, she was a web designer and is exceptionally gifted in many areas of leadership and is willing to serve in any capacity. Mel currently serves as youth leader for Light of the World Church and is the IT and Media leader for RHEMA Botswana.

Pastor Rob is a 1989 graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center USA. In 1996, he and his wife, Mary, were sent out to serve the Lord in Botswana. In their years of service to the Lord, Rob and Mary have had the opportunity to put their hand to several aspects of ministry including pioneering churches, international evangelism, leadership training, healing meetings, community outreach programs for youth and children and an Orphan Center. They have established two Bible Training Programs and continue to conduct Leadership Training Seminars. Pastor Rob is a passionate teacher of God’s Word, with a burden to train leaders, minister healing, and build marriages.

Pastor Henry Mwewa is an Implementation Consultant with Evangelism Explosion International and serves as the National Director for Evangelism Explosion Botswana. He has a B.A. in Ministry with the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology. Pastor Mwewa is passionate about sharing the Gospel and teaching others to do the same. He will be equipping our students with powerful and practical tools to share the Gospel in our Personal Evangelism class.
